Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will accept the return, but you will need to pay the delivery charge for both deliveries.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the product you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
The item must still be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
